Five Keys to a Profitable Website???

OK, now before you get mad at me, look at the title and notice the three question marks! See, I'm not going to tell you the five keys; you're going to tell me. Isn't that a great idea? But seriously folks, I've agreed to give a presentation at the next meeting of the Home Based Business Group in North Georgia, North America. I hadn't given it much thought, and then the leader said she needed a title right now. So I gave her the title of this intel... without the question marks. So what do you think are the most important requirements for a profitable website? Profitable doesn't have to mean money, but rather profitable in realizing whatever goal you have for your site. I have a few ideas, but I'd rather see what you come up with first. |

If you don't have relative keywords, relative content, good SEO, including meta's, readability, and calls to action, you probably won't have a profitabile website.

Gee, I didn't get a flood of suggestions! Of course, it would be possible to come up with more than five, but here are the bullet points I've decided to include in my upcoming presentation at the Home Based Business Group: A site with a good domain name.
A site with reliable hosting.
A site that provides value to the visitor.
A site to which you add fresh material.
A site you can maintain. Whenever possible in the presentation, I plan to indicate how WordPress supports that key.
